How would you suggest someone who is most comfortable in these bright colors dress appropriately for an interview? Would you be taken aback if someone came to an interview in a typical dark suit and then when they came to work, all you ever saw were brights and creative color pairings? Would you feel the person had misrepresented themselves in the interview?
